Sandra Lambert Stayed here for one night on my birthday with my hubby and everything was excellent. The food,staff,room ,everything was first class. The room was small but beautifully fitted out with everything you could want. Food was first class and staff were friendly and really helpful, must mention staff member Pete who looked after us from booking until retiring for night. Going to book again for hubbys birthday in October and would recommend to all.

Sonny Johnson We had a fantastic meal here. All four dishes we tried were absolutely great and the portion sizes were very generous! The white wine we had was also excellent for a cheaper option on the wine list. Staff were friendly and very good with my girlfriends nut allergy. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, the service was not rushed and courses came out at good intervals. The quality here was genuinely surprising- Ventnor has come a long way in culinary terms!

Bill Edwards Fantastic selection of cocktails and a brilliant vibe and decor. You could really imagine you were in the Caribbean on a hot, sunny day. We didnt eat but I did have serious food-envy from some of the dishes I saw other customers eating. Including one couple who appear to be overwhelmed by a mouthwatering-looking Smokehouse Platter. A lovely place to spend a few hours relaxing and admiring the views.

Dave Morgan James, Kyra and Tash made me feel welcome and extremely quick service. I left fueled up and ready for the day. Happy to recommend for the staff, food and atmosphere because of a great team!

Vanessa Bridgen We stopped here for lunch as my husband and I were driving around Portsmouth on a memory lane trip and his mother used to work there back in the 50s and he spent a lot of time there as a child. He was very fond of the place and we were very impressed with the staff and the food, we had steak and it was delicious perfectly cooked and so tender. The atmosphere was amazing as all the Christmas lights and decorations were up . Great car park too .
