4 /5 SARAH WALLACE: Came in at lunchtime & tried the 5 small plates, which were nice & good value. Ordered 2 cocktails, but when they were brought over they were wrong. This was quickly rectified

4 /5 Aliyev Araz (arazmed): A very nice pub atmosphere. It’s hard to find a spot on match days, but it’s quite calm at other times. The variety is good and the menu is rich.

5 /5 Alan Hunsdale: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Old Bank is an absolutely fantastic pub and hands down our favourite local. Gail the landlord is great fun and always makes everyone feel welcome – you can tell she genuinely cares about the place and the people in it. The food is consistently spot on, and Emma is without a doubt the best barmaid around – friendly, quick, and always up for a laugh. It’s always a great night in there, whether you’re popping in for a quiet pint or settling in for a proper session. The atmosphere is brilliant and there’s always good banter. We can’t wait for the World Cup to roll around so we can enjoy a few beers and soak up the atmosphere. We love this place, long may it continue!

5 /5 Lisa Daniels: Thank you so much to all the staff who were so helpful and welcoming to myself and my son with special needs. Great food that was adapted for my son’s needs without any extra charge or issues. I’m so glad I we visited and felt so comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely be back.

2 /5 Johannes Weirich: I’m a regular at this pub. But I’m also seeing the different way ‘other regulars’ are being treated. This pub seems to have a clique of established patrons versus new ones. The current bar manager is anything but the face of hospitality. I know she has a wedding ahead but she’s certainly not a front of house person trying to treat new and old patrons equally.
