5 /5 Bleubirdy99: We made bookings for £15 Steak Frites, where is happening for the whole of January, the steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce went so well with everything.The other meal that we ordered was lunch and theatre 3 course meal, I liked everything that we ordered expect for the salmon starters which tasted like canned tuna and it was also very salty for our liking. The only negative part about the restaurant is that the tables are all packed close together.

4 /5 SD: 3.5/5 A January deal of £15pp for steak frites? What a bargain and of course I had to have it! The restaurant was beautifully decorated with long lit candles on the table adding to the ambiance. I can honestly say the best service here was the best I had in a long time. They were so attentive, quick to seat us and take our order. They regularly filled up our water glasses and made sure our water jug was full. The steak was a little charred on the edges for my liking but it was a nice medium temperature. The chips were nice and crispy, they could’ve been a little fluffier and the portion a little bigger but I ate them all nonetheless. The garlic butter was a bit of a letdown, no body to it, just a small cup of melted butter with sunken pieces of garlic. All in all a pleasant evening but can’t see myself actively going back anytime soon.

5 /5 Sabas Castillo: Covent Garden may have some tourists trap, but this restaurant is certainly not! From the moment you step in, the manager welcomes you and do the escorting to your table. A perfectly choreographed team of waiters followed, water, wine, mains, puddings, coffee. The ambience is cosy, with dimmed lights & candles in all tables. You feel b transported to a Parisian bristró but with the multi cultural London humming around. Regarding budget, it is midrange but the good food & excellent service made it all!

4 /5 Joe: French Onion Soup was amazing. As was the steak frites! Lovely treat. The only disappointing thing was the desert. We shoulda skipped the sticky toffee pudding. The member of our party who had cheese cake made the right choice!

3 /5 Sara: We had seen the offer for the steak and frites and booked for the offer. We were welcomed, however it stood out that we were seated right at the back off to the side tables and we were the only people of colour. We didnt want to think much of it but the manager seemed off as soon as he saw us. At least our waiter was extremely friendly and other wait staff. They asked for allergies and were considered about it. The steak and frites - chips were delicious and the steak was cooked as we liked - medium rare. The potato dauphinoise lacked flavour, I would not recommend and the cocktails were weak, tasted like watered down juice. Sticky toffee pudding was delicious and so was the cherry dessert.
