I visited today and started with top-quality oysters paired with a perfectly spiced Bloody Mary, an exceptional beginning. The roast beef dinner was nothing short of spectacular. I’m from Yorkshire, so believe me when I say this: I have never had a homemade Yorkshire pudding this good. Crisp, golden, majestic, the crown jewel of the plate.
And the desserts? Honestly unforgettable. So spellbindingly delicious they defy proper description.
What truly elevates Palmers, though, is the service. Attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly, it feels less like dining out and more like being welcomed into a family kitchen.
