4 /5 Eduardo (eadfphoto): For Pan Asian Street Food, this was a good overall experience, with a bit of context needed.
I had the chicken katsu curry. The flavour was good and satisfying, with crispy chicken, a comforting curry sauce and a generous portion of rice. It is not the best katsu curry I have ever had, but it was solid, enjoyable and definitely hit the spot.
The main downside was the waiting time. The food took longer than expected and I actually had to remind them about the order. Once it arrived, everything was fine, but the delay was noticeable.
That said, value for money really stood out. I came at a time when all mains and starters were at 50% OFF, which made the price extremely reasonable. At that price point, the quality felt more than fair and well worth it.
Service aside from the delay was friendly enough, and the atmosphere is what you would expect from a busy market setting, lively, energetic and informal.
Overall, good flavour, very good value at the time I visited, and a place I would happily try again, hopefully with a shorter wait next time.
