1 /5 waqas khalid: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant during their Ramadhan Buffet offer. The restaurant heavily advertised an attractive buffet deal, but the reality was completely different.
When we arrived, they insisted on taking full payment in advance before allowing us to enter. Unfortunately, once we went inside, the buffet trays were practically empty. Most of the dishes were not available, and the few items that were present were of very poor quality and clearly not fresh.
The service was equally pathetic. Staff members were unresponsive, inattentive, and showed no concern when we raised complaints about the empty buffet and low food quality. Instead of resolving the issue, management refused to offer any refund or compensation.
Advertising a Ramadhan Buffet and then failing to provide adequate food while charging customers in advance feels dishonest and misleading. This experience felt like a complete fraud and a waste of money.
I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting such promotional claims. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
