4 /5 Isa C: Just had Char Kwai Teow (seafood). It would taste better if you go easy on the soy sauce. It’s too salty, but it’s not bad, just too salty.
If you can add lap cheung (Chinese cured sausage) - even a few slices - that would be great (and “authentic”). I think this isn’t something westerners won’t eat?
Also hope you can use bean sprouts instead of cabbage.
In any case, as long as you make it less salty, even without the other suggestions above, I will still order this again.
