Serenity Van Halen Stopped in for lunch while spending the day in Canterbury for the Christmas Market. So glad we did. Pure comfort food. It was absolutely delicious, reasonably priced compared to similar restaurants, you get quite a lot for your money, and our server was so friendly and helpful.

Michael Waite Great food. Reasonable price, but good quality. Recommend the sharing dish for two. We shared with three and had a mixed starter also.

Vikas Chandra Very homely cooked food,,, authentic indeed, loved every bite of what we had , started with ross omelette & pav bread along with masala chai and resumed later with goan thali with prawns curry(typical goan homestyle) & my fav kingfish recheado ,,,,the cozyambience and Goan music along with such delicious food just brought me back to my Goa’s old days when I used to work there. One who truly understands the homely cooked goan meal will definitely appreciate their efforts, probably the best Goan meal i ever had in UK. Service was truly welcoming by the lady & gentlman who owns the place (guessing),,,they both were very gentle and welcoming.

M. A. Nirmanda Been to cafes around SE and E for past decade. Tulip Cafe is definitely among the nicest ones. Made fresh to order, fairly priced, great portion. The fresh juice and smoothies are worth trying.

Tejaswini Vaidya I visited with my friend, we had a great time there. The food was amazing, very authentic Indian taste. Im definitely coming back for more. The service is very polite, welcoming and attentive.

Supersupergirl Theres no shortage of delicious chicken wings late at night in East London. Deans peri peri, Dagenham Heathway is another good one even just before midnight with meat that comes off the bones. The veg rice was not spicy as promised. I regretted not getting the peri peri sauce and getting 5 wings instead of 3.
