Emma Anderson I visited this McDonalds on a Friday evening and it wasnt very busy (only 2 orders ahead of me on the screen.)
When the food arrived the chips were cold, but the remaining parts of the order were warm.
The restaurant and toilets were tidy and clean, however, the receipt roll in the self-service machine had run out, making it difficult to show proof of my order. Thankfully I took a photo of my collection number on the screen when I realised there was no receipt.
The seating area while eating in the restaurant was fine and there were plenty of highchairs available for very small children.
I would go back but it was just a bit disappointing to be served cold chips. They had obviously overestimated the quantity needed for a Friday evening, expecting it to be busier, but still served customers cold food rather than cook fresh. This I would like to see an improvement on.
