Omari B. I was at Queen Elizabeth Hospital celebrating the arrival of a new baby in the family and needed to grab some food. Iâm only saying that to give context, because this meal somehow still managed to be a close second for best part of the day!
Went for a platter and got the duck suya and calamari and honestly, meal was done long time and Im still thinking about it. The duck was packed with flavour, with proper spice to it and cooked just right. The calamari was crisp, not rubbery, plantain was perfect and the jollof was amazing.
It was fresh and everything tasted like it was made with care. You can tell they know what theyâre doing.
Was just trying to get some quick food, ended up finding a new hidden gem!
