5 /5 Roy Harris: Let me tell you this place is amazing atmosphere is good service amazing we were served by Karis amazing young lady looked after us all the way through our meal checking to see if we were happy with the service, etc.. I would definitely come back here. Spoke to the manager and mentioned my birthday and they brought a cake with a candle in for me as well quality Five star restaurant.

2 /5 Tiffany Gladwin: Prezzo has always been a longtime favourite of mine but after the most recent experience I wouldnt be going back. Over the years this franchise has cut back on quality to clearly make more money, it has gone from a beloved favourite to overpriced slop. No fault of Prezzo cheams directly as this is changes the franchise makes to their menu, but seeing the quality drastically go downhill makes it pointless to return. If you want to go out and pay £20 for a main you could make better at home then go to Prezzo. Our waitress was lovely, but our wait times for food were incredibly long for a sunday. My partner could see the chefs through the window, both was not wearing hairnets or hats. Our spaghetti bolognese arrived and had 0 meat in it. Paying £18 for a bolognese flavoured spaghetti with no actual substantial amount of meat and just bits mixed in a sauce should be illegal. Again it is a shame as Prezzo especially cheam I have come to for years. The environment and overall feel of the restaurant is still the same, it is just the quality that is lacking. I am sure we were unlucky it being a sunday, they were perhaps overstaffed. I just couldnt serve a bolognese not once but twice when it has no meat on the plate. Again this is the franchise in general and I can completely understand this is not a decision Cheam store makes on their own. But I definitely wouldnt go back.

5 /5 Jemma Clarke: Booked table of 6 but arrived with 7 of us. They easily accommodated the extra seat. Service was great, not too long to wait for food. Food was hot and delicious. They even put a candle in my daughters pudding and joined in our singing. Wonderful service. Thank You.

1 /5 Mark Johnson: Hi after arriving at Prezzo on Sunday we were greeted by a member of staff who showed us to a table after getting our drinks my partner wanted to change tables because there was a table with a large family of people having a meal and we wanted a quieter evening The waitress or manageress took our order all good We had a garlic bread with cheese starter to share which was great then shortly after our mains turned up after taking the first mouthful I knew it was wrong the prezzo burger was overcooked cremated was my thought We ate our meal and looked to leave promptly because after hearing K-pop demon hunter song non stop for an what seemed like forever I wanted to pay and leave On paying the waitress manageress asked how the meal was I said nothing but my partner said the burger was cremated the waitress that was polite courteous and professional said I should of said so that she could of replaced the meal I said I didn’t want to cause a fuss and I want to leave Without any prompting the waitress to the burger off the bill I think it was fair but or evening was ruined I’m not looking for any recompense and I will not leave a bad review The waitress also acknowledged that im a regular and always have the burger meal I won’t be going back anytime soon or maybe never My last thought is if it is your business strategy to compete with Mc Donald’s good luck with that one It’s a shame because normally you’re burgers are excellent Yous Faithfully a very disappointed Mark Johnson
