5 /5 Christopher Dias: Nice well run restaurant in town centre. Friendly helpful staff and quick service with great tasting food. Had garlic and balsamic onion bread for starter and crab and lobster ravioli which was delicious. Also had the cookie dough dessert and a couple of their ice coolers. Best to download the club prezzo app as lots of discounts and deals available.

5 /5 marekmalwina: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Prezzo. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared – everything tasted amazing. I would especially like to mention Mrs Martyna. Her service was outstanding – she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She made us feel very welcome and took great care of us throughout the visit. The atmosphere was lovely, everything was perfectly organised, and the overall experience was excellent. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place for both the food and the amazing service.

1 /5 Lalala Lalala: I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience today, on the 14th, at the restaurant. I am a staff member of the same restaurant and I benefit from the 50% staff discount. Today was my day off, and I chose to come and dine as a customer. I had my staff QR code and my ID with me. Unfortunately, I did not have my other phone with the application installed—only a screenshot of it. Despite this, my discount was refused. I was informed that the application itself had to be shown, even though I clearly presented my valid QR code and identification. As far as I am aware, the regulations do not state anywhere that the physical app must be shown as long as the QR code is valid. I am a very frequent customer at this restaurant, and most of the team members know me . It was therefore even more disappointing to be treated this way. However, the restaurant only had 4 occupied tables at the time, yet I was told they were extremely “busy,” and i need booking which did not reflect the actual situation. In the end, I was required to pay the full price despite having my valid staff QR code and ID. I believe the situation could have been handled with more understanding and flexibility, especially considering my status as a staff member and regular customer. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to avoid similar situations in the future.

It is about atmosphere, hospitality, and the feeling that you are truly welcome. Tonight, at Prezzo Uxbridge, my wife and I experienced a masterclass in what exceptional service should feel like. Remarkably, this evening’s experience stood in complete and frankly astonishing contrast to a visit we made just a few weeks ago, which had left us deeply disappointed and disheartened. On that earlier occasion, we encountered a level of customer service that could only be described as apathetic at best, and at worst, abrupt and discourteous. We left feeling dismayed with little intention of returning. But after much encouragement and a desire to give the restaurant another chance, we did. And what a decision that turned out to be. From the moment we stepped inside tonight, it felt like a completely different restaurant. The transformation was immediate and undeniable. We were warmly welcomed by Maximillion and Gabriel, two shining examples of hospitality professionals who clearly take pride in their roles. Maximillion was attentive and engaging, and Gabrielle exuded charm and genuine warmth throughout our evening. Their service struck that perfect balance: attentive without being intrusive, confident without being overbearing. Even more impressive was the broader atmosphere within the restaurant. Every member of staff, without exception, seemed energised, positive, and committed to creating a welcoming dining experience. The entire team worked in harmony, setting a relaxed yet professional tone that elevated the evening. The food, too, deserves high praise. Dishes were well prepared, full of flavour, and arrived promptly, allowing us to enjoy a seamless and satisfying meal from start to finish. It is clear that the kitchen team is matching the exceptional front of house service now on display. In short, our faith in Prezzo Uxbridge has been fully restored.
