R. S. We ordered the lobster spaghetti, which was finished and prepared at the table. The presentation added to the experience without feeling theatrical. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the lobster fresh and well integrated into the sauce, with balanced seasoning. The tableside service was professional and precise. The overall atmosphere is classic London brasserie style with high standards in execution. A refined and reliable dining experience in St James’s.

Sarah I went to Numero Uno last night, ,with my grandma and mum. The restaurant wasnt too busy, but the atmosphere was very relaxing; we chose some starters and then let the waiter choose the wine and the day special swordfish pasta for us: excellent wine (Gavi) and outstanding pasta, matching the accurate description. We didnt have dessert because we were practically full, but we were kindly offered some liqueur and some chocolates for mum, who had to drive. Excellent food . Service unobtrusive and very efficient.A wonderful experience that we would like to repeat as soon as possible!

The atmosphere is warm and pleasing, with an ambience that beautifully blends modern and classic touches. Dishes are exquisite, bursting with flavour, and cooked accordingly upon request. Will wholeheartedly recommend!

Antonio T Every dish at Ostuni was a delight from start to finish. We tried a variety of plates — the pasta ravioli was beautifully balanced and full of authentic flavour, and the seabream, served with delicate potato crisps, was simply outstanding: perfectly cooked, fresh, and bursting with Mediterranean character. The smaller dishes were just as memorable — the tender pork pieces were melt-in-your-mouth soft, the aubergine layer lasagna was rich, flavourful, and incredibly tasty, and the bread was fantastic. The tomato-topped bread was wonderfully fresh, and the one with stracciatella and Italian dried red pepper was vibrant and full of flavour. For dessert, we had a ricotta cake with a hazelnut base — light and refined, and paired perfectly with a shot of pistachello, a delicious pistachio liqueur. The chef’s talent truly shines in every dish, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Italian food done with care and creativity. Highly recommended!

ryan lopez I had an amazing New Year’s Eve dinner here. Food was fantastic and as authentic as possible. I’m Asian and I have been to Thailand and hands down it’s truly Thai. Devo Really good value, absolutely loved the mix of hot and cold food. It’s getting rare to find a decent salad bar with actually good quality food, but this place nails it. The chicken is cooked really well and just melts in your mouth. The salad and veggie options are great too – fresh veg, couscous, falafel and even a veggie bake. You get loads for the price with a large takeaway box and I’d definitely recommend it. Also, get the mushrooms… honestly so good. Will 100% be going back.
