1 /5 Alina Romasenko: I have never experienced such poor service and hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, no one greeted us. Thankfully, our friends had arrived earlier. Otherwise, I’m confident we would have been left waiting a long time to be seated. When we eventually tried to place an order, one of the staff members refused to speak English to my friend, avoided eye contact, and instead spoke Romanian to another person in our group. She appeared visibly annoyed that we were not speaking Romanian.
As for the food, it was below average. While it wasn’t terrible, it certainly wasn’t memorable either. That said, the quality did at least match the price.
Throughout the visit, we had to ask multiple times for basic things, each time receiving them with significant delays, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. To make matters worse, almost an hour after ordering, one of my friends never received his meal because it had clearly been forgotten. Shockingly, the staff then attempted to charge us for it.
Overall, it felt like the restaurant caters only to native Romanian customers and is unwelcoming toward English-speaking or international guests, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant located in London.
I would never recommend this place and will definitely not be returning.
