5 /5 Deep Rao: Found restaurant property on Google and from the start they were very fast and helpful with finding a new tenant through their extensive network. They managed to increase our rent by £25,000 and it only took them 1 day to find the new Tennant. Huge thanks to Percy in particular, he was there by our side, fully responsive even out of working hours. From the property valuation to the day of completion Percy’s work ethic and advice to get the deal over the line was unmatched. His advice was realistic but also optimistic when the circumstances arose. Could not be more pleased.

1 /5 A A: Be extremely careful before dealing with this company. I was approached to list my restaurant and they sounded very professional, but they use the same trap as other aggressive brokers. Even though they don’t charge upfront, they try to lock you into a sole agency contract that allows them to take full commission even if you find your own buyer or sell privately. Once you sign, you’re completely restricted — no flexibility, no way to get out, and they control everything. It feels like a legal way of trapping small business owners and then taking credit for any sale, even if they do nothing. Please read their contract very carefully — they’re not as honest as they seem. I’m leaving this review to help other business owners avoid what I now consider a very one-sided and dangerous agreement.
