5 /5 R K: A surprise meal for my birthday - I had no idea what to expect but I was absolutely blown away by the experience. Im struggling to find the words to encapsulate how incredibly out of this world this culinary experience was. Every finite detail was carefully thought through, the staff imparted their impeccable knowledge of each component to the dishes, the drinks and of course - the Story -behind how the chefs have curated their menu. I have been left inspired, enthralled and completely mesmerised by the entire evening. Each dish a performance on my palate, carefully and thoughtfully directed by all of the staff involved. Masters of your art, truly a memorable experience for a lifetime. Thank you truly for the unfortgettable evening.

5 /5 Ben Seiden: It’s hard to describe how amazing and perfect our evening was at Restaurant Story. Without doubt this is one of the best restaurants in London. The food is out of this world. So many amazing examples of phenomenal cooking. The 8 course tasting menu just keeps on going with all of the snacks and treats added in throughout the meal. It doesn’t matter how full you are, you just don’t want them to stop bringing things out of the kitchen to eat. Exceptional food. Really exceptional. What made the evening even more special and enjoyable (if that’s possible) was the staff. The service was on a level that we have never experienced before. Yes service at a lot of top restaurants in London is fantastic. But here, the staff were familiar, they were charming, they were professional to another level. It was almost like being served and treated like friends by the time we left after dinner. This is the type of service that all restaurants should aspire to have. Nothing was too much and this is what truly sets apart great restaurants from extraordinary ones.

5 /5 Sangeeta Shenoy: We dine at Michelin-starred restaurants regularly, and our experience at Story London Bridge was truly outstanding, one that leaves us hoping they’ll soon be awarded their third star. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and perfectly balanced professionalism with genuine friendliness, making the evening feel both refined and relaxed. A special mention must go to Umberto, the sommelier, whose wine selections were inspired. Each pairing was surprising, thoughtfully chosen, and refreshingly off the beaten path. Every glass was a pleasure. The food itself was exceptional. Each course stood out in its own way, to the point where choosing a favourite was impossible. The brioche deserves particular praise. It was already delightful on its own and made even more special when we were generously given the rest of the loaf to take home. We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it truly memorable, with personalised touches throughout the evening and thoughtful gifts to take away. An unforgettable experience in every sense, and one we will treasure for a long time.

5 /5 Alex Yang: Simply stellar, my 2nd favourite restaurant experience in the UK, second perhaps to Core and tied with the Fat Duck. The service was top notch - Michel is a true professional and the passion shows. The food is also impressive, though there was one dish in the starter stage that I felt was a bit too salty if I had to nitpick. If you’re looking for that very special occasion this is well worth it.

5 /5 David Simkins: Visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing amazing reviews. The only option was an eight course tasting menu, so allow yourself sufficient time to appreciate it fully. A story behind every course (hence the name of the restaurant), even down to the ‘snacks’. There is no menu as such as the dishes change according to what is in season at the time. I loved the whimsical touches such as the ‘Storeo’ and ‘Halftime Oranges’. The service was impeccable; very professional but also very friendly. The dining room is small, intimate and beautifully decorated. The price is high, but this is a two Michelin star restaurant. Fine dining at its best. Would definitely return for a special occasion.
