Garry Baker Absolutely outstanding Indian takeaway – easily one of the best in Basingstoke! The chicken tikka masala was sensational: perfectly tender chicken in a rich, aromatic sauce that had just the right balance of spice and creaminess. The vegetable biryani was a delight too, with fluffy basmati rice layered with fresh, vibrant veggies and fragrant spices that really shone through.
Even the onion bhajis were crispy, golden and packed with flavour – no greasiness at all! The garlic naan was warm, soft and generously topped, while the mango lassi was smooth and not too sweet.
Service was exceptional – our order was ready ahead of time, staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and they even double-checked our dietary needs to be sure. The food arrived piping hot in sturdy, well-sealed packaging. At just £30 for a feast for two with leftovers to spare, it’s incredible value for money.
We’ll definitely be regulars from now on – highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality Indian food in the area!
