1 /5 Douglas Furlong: Unfortunately, the only thing I can take away from my meal was the exceedingly large quantity of salt throughout the entire dish.
We had 4 meals of varying types, and each dish was very heavily salted.
A pity, as I couldnt tell if the food was nice.
4 /5 Leaburn: At £7 for a mixed box of vegan Ethiopian dishes with rice or inerja, you will be full after eating. For £2 we tried 3 samosas, a bit oily but ok. The mixed box isn’t the best Ethiopian food I’ve had but it really isn’t too bad either. Hot inside the cafe where there is a table to eat. Or can sit in chairs outside weather permitting. It’s not bad value. Probably not rushing back but nice to try.
5 /5 Des: Great VFM authentic Ethiopian food & vegetarian dishes that you will struggle to finish as the servings are so generous. Walk , run or ride along the Thames pathway to work up an appetite as the cafe is well worth a visit. Friendly staff , cosy atmosphere & outside seating areas too.Cant recommend highly enough. Suitable for those on a budget too.
5 /5 sunita limbu: This is one of the wonderful place for vegetarians and it serves authentic ethopian food. Quantity of food is satisfying and l really like samosa. I recommend people to go there and try the food.
5 /5 Dustin Clark: A HIDDEN GEM! I was extremely impressed with the food. Its definitely the best Ethiopian restaurant I have been to. And amazing value for money! I will be a frequent visitor.
Alina Ababei Amazing food and amazing people! Extremely reasonable prices and the Karaoke night topped the cake! I will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing place
Carley Young Love how much history is packed into this little coffee shop. The staff was so friendly and happy to have so many people in their cafe. Quick service and the food was delicious. Many veggie and vegan options for food. Indoor and some outdoor seating. They give you a delicious piece of ginger cake with your hot drink it was very tasty.
Mohammed Siddiqi TERRIBLE. Ordered for takeaway food came an hour late, the burger meal chips portion was so tiny the garlic bread was not cooked, ordered buffalo wings and was given peri wings, drinks did not arrive either, called the store to fix the order but received nothing but more stress. Wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was the last takeaway on earth
Dan Leal Fanastic Family Owned Authentic Italian Restaurant. I loved the food at this place so much that I went three nights in a row and every time the food was fabulous. The service is first class and the prices are very fair for London. I highly recommend coming here and am very happy that I did
Atlee Gurjao Vailankanni Cafe is definitely one of the best goan cafés in London. They serve authentic goan snacks. I have tried all their snacks and each one of them is absolutely delectable and scrumptious indeed. Apart from the snacks the ambience and service is absolutely amazing. The staff working in there are incredibly welcoming and friendly as well.
It is definitely a must visit and is one of my favourite goan cafes to visit in London.
Christina John Stopped for a drink one day, then came back for dinner the next day. Absolutely fantastic food, and piping hot too. Really tasty & fairly reasonable prices. If were ever in this area again, we will definitely be back!
