1 /5 Muhammad Quddus: We called a week in advance to confirm whether they take reservations, and they told us they do, so we booked a table for three people.
Fifteen minutes before arriving at Roast & Co, we placed a fairly large order over the phone, and they confirmed it would be ready in 15 minutes.
However, when we arrived, they told us there were no reservations. Apparently, they do not take reservations at all and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We were shocked, especially as the restaurant was full, and we had to look around for a table ourselves.
After waiting nearly 30 minutes, we finally received our food, and it was very disappointing.
We ordered:
• Donner
• Half chicken
• Mozzarella sticks
• Wagyu burger
• Lamb chops
• Chilli chips
Overall, the food was 1/5.
The chilli chips were just covered in chilli sauce. The Wagyu burger tasted like a standard burger. The lamb chops had no flavour and were mostly cover fat oil. The donner tasted the same as the chilli chips just covered in chilli sauce. The only good thing was the bread that came with the donner, unfortunately.
Overall experience: 1/5.
My advice don’t fall for the social media advertising. The place feels more like a basic chicken and chips shop than a restaurant
