3 /5 Erika Gentile: We went on a Sunday early dinner, 15 minutes to be seated (we had booked), one hour waiting for the mains and half of the menu including sunday roast not available at 5pm. Some of what we ordered never came as well or was incorrect.. place is nice but food and service experience has been awful

5 /5 Spring Williams: Came here for Sunday roast with my friend. Staff were very friendly and attentive, gave us the option of where to sit which was nice and we had a lovely view. The food was delicious only mark down was I had a couple over done potatoes but the rest were lovely. Overall would definitely recommend great pub and restaurant!

2 /5 Astonaba: A really disappointing Sunday lunch. Had heard good things about the pub, so was looking forward to having a roast. We ordered two beef roasts and a side of cauliflower cheese. The meat and veg were done well, but I was really disappointed with the potatoes and Yorkshire pudding - both were undercooked and soggy. The main issue however was the service. We waited about 45 mins for our food to come out. We were then sat for an hour after eating and not one member of staff came to ask us if we had finished, see if we wanted dessert/anything else, or clear our plates. I had to go and find someone to get the bill. They brought the bill over and not the card machine, so we had to get up again to go and find someone to pay. After telling them we weren’t going to pay the service charge because the service had been awful, not one person apologised. Disappointing and would expect better from a pub in this location.

5 /5 Robert Barney: What a fantastic pub. Very cosy, staff were excellent, food was wonderful. On a cold sunday winters evening it doesnt get any better than this!

5 /5 Bibi T: We had a drink after a long walk and it was the perfect spot to chill for a bit - the pub is very cute, including the rest rooms (they look like a dolls house) and the atmospheric is so cosy. It also has a beautiful view!
