3 /5 Neha S: We went to Rosa’s Thai in West Hampstead over the weekend. We ordered Khaopod Tod (crispy corn bites), Por Pia Sod (summer rolls), Pad Thai with veg & tofu, and a passion fruit & jasmine tea with strawberry bubbles.
The Pad Thai was good and well made. The summer rolls were fresh, tasted better with the dip , but the corn fritters were slightly oily. Taste was average. I wouldn’t order them again. The vegetarian/vegan choice in starters is quite limited. They do have a better selection in mains with noodles and curries, but mostly with veg and tofu. It would be nice to see more variety in plant-based proteins.
Service was slow even though it wasn’t very busy. Jasmine tea was also average for my taste.
We struggled with parking so recommend to commute by public transport. It’s an easy walk from West Hampstead station. I’d return to try their curries and different noodles, maybe at another branch.
