1 /5 sujith paul: I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visits to your restaurant. Unfortunately, both experiences were far below expectations in terms of food quality and customer service.
During my first visit, I ordered one piece of chicken fry, which turned out to be spoiled. When I raised the issue with the staff, they took the chicken but did not offer any resolution or apology. It was quite an unpleasant first impression.
On my second visit, which was today, we ordered two chicken biryanis. While the rice was extremely hot, the chicken pieces inside were cold and seemed old. This clearly indicates poor handling or reheating of food. When we informed the staff, we were told to speak with the chef directly, and the staff member’s rude behavior made the experience even more frustrating.
The service was poor, and the food quality unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better hygiene, fresher food, and respectful service — none of which I received.We have been loyal customers since 2022, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing, and we have decided not to return to the restaurant.
