5 /5 Adam Turek: I went back to Rudy’s at Clapham Common for a second time and honestly it was just as good, if not better, than the first visit. The place has such a great atmosphere — relaxed, lively, and exactly what you want when you’re going out for really good pizza.
The pizza was incredible. The dough was perfectly light and soft with that classic Neapolitan crust — airy, slightly chewy, and with just the right char from the oven. Everything tasted super fresh and well balanced. You can really tell they care about the ingredients and the way the pizza is made. It’s simple, but done so well, and that’s what makes it stand out.
This time we tried the Salsiccia, the Cinghiale, and the garlic bread with cheese. The Salsiccia pizza was fantastic — the sausage was full of flavour and paired perfectly with the creamy mozzarella and the light tomato base. The Cinghiale was something a bit different and really memorable; the wild boar had a deep, rich flavour that worked beautifully with the rest of the ingredients and gave the pizza a slightly more rustic, hearty character. We also shared the garlic bread with cheese, which was honestly the perfect way to start — soft, warm, and generously topped with melted cheese and just the right amount of garlic. Simple but incredibly satisfying.
What really made the experience special though was the service. Michela and Sam looked after us and they were both amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and just genuinely nice people. They made us feel welcome straight away and kept checking in to make sure everything was good without ever being intrusive.
It’s the kind of service that makes a place memorable. Michela and Sam brought such great energy and made the whole evening even more enjoyable. They’re a real credit to the team.
Overall it was a brilliant second visit. Amazing pizza, great atmosphere, and truly excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
