4 /5 Rebecca Coleman: The food was amazing — full of flavour and lots of great options on the menu.
When we arrived the restaurant was very busy and our table was still being set up, which made things feel a little rushed. Service felt hurried at times, especially when questions were being asked as we had never been before. We had only just sat down and the waitress was over trying to get the food order already and we were still looking. We understand that she was trying to get the order in but still Lucky most of us looked at the menu before we went to see what we wanted!
The kids’ menu had good variety, but unfortunately my son’s cheese pizza arrived with BBQ sauce instead of tomato (doesn’t state this on the menu), meaning he didn’t eat it. The staff did bring out chicken nuggets as a gesture, which was appreciated.
Atmosphere was okay but quite busy, which added to the rushed feeling. Seemed a little bit of the darker side with dimmed lighting.
The children’s meals are ment to come out with the starters but we had to chase my sons meal up and by the time it did come we had finished our starters.
Deserts are very tasty lots of flavour. Only downside again was we had to chase my son’s desert up as it wasn’t bought out.
Make sure you have plenty of time as food is cooked fresh so was a bit of a wait. For example our table was booked for 3pm and we left at nearly 6pm.
Overall, the food really stood out and was the highlight of the visit. Would go back again to see what it’s like on the second visit.
