I have ordered from this restaurant many times and the same issue keeps happening: items missing from my order. Not once. Not twice. Multiple times.
Every time the response is the same — “sorry, we forgot, we’ll sort it next time.” But next time comes, and it happens again.
At some point, repeated “mistakes” stop feeling like accidents and start feeling like a complete disregard for the customer. When you’re paying £30–£40 per order, you expect basic accuracy. That’s not unreasonable.
I continued ordering because I wanted to support them. We share the same background and I believed in backing the community. But loyalty should not mean accepting consistently poor service.
There are plenty of Habesha restaurants in the area delivering far better standards. Sadly, I can no longer justify supporting this one.
