1 /5 Jalal Ahmed: I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was so poor I felt it was necessary to warn others. What was supposed to be a pleasant meal turned into a series of health hazards and frustrations.
The kitchen performance was unacceptable. We ordered the Habibi chicken only to find that it was completley raw in the middle. Serving undercooked poultry is a basic safety failure that shouldnt happen in any professional kitchen.
To make matters worse, the dynamyte chicken tasted incredibly old and stale as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours or reheated from the previous day. It was tough, dry, and lacked any of the freshness you’d expect for the price.
The service was equally disorganized. We ordered a drink that never arrived at the table, despite us mentioning it to the staff. It’s frustrating to sit through a meal with missing items while trying to flag down distracted waiting staff.
The environment made it impossible to enjoy the (already poor) food. The restaurant was incredibly noisy due to kids running around the dining area unsupervised. To top it off, they kept leaving the main door wide open letting the freezing cold air blast onto our table throughout the night. No one on the staff seemed interested in managing the floor or keeping the customers comfortable.
Between the raw food, the missing drinks, and the chaotic, cold atmosphere, I won’t be returning. Save your money and go somewhere that prioritises food safety and customer comfort.
