4 /5 Ammar Hasanie: Here is a single, well-flowing combined review that includes everything naturally and still reads appropriate for Google:
We attended as a large group on a boys’ night out, all with healthy appetites, and we certainly were not disappointed. The food was excellent and truly authentic Lebanese cuisine. The Kensington location is great and the ambience is warm and inviting. Portion sizes are generous and offer good value for money, with an average spend of around £50 per head. Overall, the quality of the food and the experience were very good.
That said, customer service does seem to be lacking in many restaurants across Central London compared to how it used to be, and this was noticeable here too. A smile always helps when serving customers, along with a little more patience and attentiveness. It also makes you question whether automatic service charges are really justified when customer service is inconsistent. When a service charge is automatically added and described as discretionary, it can feel unfair, as customers are often inclined to pay it regardless. Tipping should remain an option, based on the level of service received, and left entirely to the customer’s discretion.
