5 /5 Michael’s Reviews: What a wonderful experience! Sam’s Riverside provides a lovely riverside setting with a large, open dining room, high ceilings and plenty of light. The staff were all attentive and friendly and showed us to a beautiful table in one of the smaller side rooms, directly in the window, overlooking the footpath and river. The menu is robust and offers a beautiful assortment of starters, small plates and main dishes with a focus on modern British cuisine. The menus also leans towards continental European fare with a flare for seafood! The oysters! The seafood tower! Nice wine list and creative cocktails. A complete experience! Can’t wait to return.

5 /5 Liga Thrower: Wonderful restaurant Delicious food at mid to higher price range but still or sparkling water is complimentary. Bread is charged at £5 plus vat. We were a little surprised but it was one of the best bread we have had for a while. We shared oysters, tuna tartar, and each had a main. Portions are not big but we felt satisfied and full. Fantastic staff, professional, quiet and respectful. Beautiful interior and view over Thames and Hammersmith bridge. We loved it and already booked a table for the one in Brentford.

5 /5 Mike Ortegon: We had a terrific Sunday lunch as we wrapped up the holiday season. Great service as usual, team were all welcoming and friendly. Started with a couple of cocktails I particularly liked the Bloody Maria, mixture of spices and salted rim. We tried the Parmesan Churros, warm,salty as they melted in your mouth. Starters - Scallops with Black Pudding and the garnish was delicious - fresh, crispy and tender scallops accompanied by flavors of finely diced Jerusalem artichokes with picked apples. The mushroom parfait was also nice starter with a mild flavour of mushrooms. The pork belly cooked to perfection crispy on the outside and not too fatty. The beef sirloin was seasoned with salt, pepper and hint of garlic all very tasty but just a little tough but nothing to really make a fuss about. Maybe a couple of extra carrots would have been nice. Overall a very nice meal. The one minor disappointment was the wine recommendation - we found the CHARDONNAY BIO WEINGUT GREINER • BADEN, GERMANY (ORGANIC) too fruity but hey you don’t know unless you try. The view of the Thames is always a nice treat. I would highly recommend this isn’t your normal pub lunch it’s a nice dining experience with a lovely atmosphere.

Service was flawless — friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. The food was exceptional: fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail and presentation. Combined with the stunning views of the Thames, it made for a truly special experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent food, great service, and a wonderful riverside location. We will definitely be back.

5 /5 Niklas Hammarstrom: We had a great evening with our partners at Sam Riverside. The food and wine were excellent overall. The only downside was a lack of flexibility with substitutions — I asked to replace the chips with the potato terrine and was told this wasn’t possible, which was surprising for a high-end restaurant. In the end, I chose the steak tartare as a starter and a large bouillabaisse instead, both of which were very good. I originally wanted the Ribeye with a terrine. I don’t understand why you can’t choose sides freely from the menu. Expected more from a restaurant with a 4.7 rating on Google.
