5 /5 Conan King: Great service and amazing food. Had the veal chop prawn starter and flat iron steak. Cooked perfectly. Apologies took pics half way into eating. Also ate the prawns but trust me they were amazing. Felt like we were on holiday. Also had the sticky toffee pudding and the chocolate fondant. DeliciMo !!!!

5 /5 Andrés Felipe Verástegui Prieto: We enjoyed the lamb and beef roast for Sunday dinner, and both were cooked beautifully. The portions were generous, and the flavours rich and satisfying. We also ordered cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets on the side — both excellent additions to the meal. We look forward to visiting again soon.

5 /5 Esme Lawrence: We recently had our wedding reception at Scott’s with 50 guests and everything was amazing. The food was gorgeous and the service was top tier - we are so happy with how everything went. We have eaten at the restaurant several times and there is no doubt that head chef, Scott Pinson is very talented. The cocktails are always very good too! A big thank you to Scott, Helen and the whole team for making a very special evening, perfect. We can’t wait to visit again soon. Esme & Jack

4 /5 Lloyd Stevens: Today we payed our first visit to to Scott’s Bar and Brasserie formerly known until recently as Stay. It is now owned by head chef Scott Pinson whose aim is to turn it into a great place for locals to meet friends and enjoy amazing food and service. Well of today was anything to go by that shouldn’t take long. Scott has a good reputation for producing excellent food and that continued today. We were given a lovely welcome by wife Helen before taking our seats. We looked at the the Sunday menu which consisted of Snacks and Nibbles , Starters , Mains , Sunday Roasts and Desserts. We started with the Grilled Flatbread , confit garlic and cantabrian anchovies that was absolutely delicious. Starters - We chose the Sauté Mediterranean Prawns and the Char Sui Tamworth Pork Collar Mains - My wife chose the Pork Belly sunday roast and I chose the amazing Smoked Ox Cheek Ragu with Pappardelle. Dessert - I opted for the Vanilla Creme Brûlée with strawberry and shortbread that delightfully brought to an end a fabulous afternoon. I would highly recommend a visit as the food was fabulous and the service was friendly. The brasserie is open for Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner so do pop in and give your support to another great local restaurant. Thank You Scott and Helen keep up the good work and see you again soon.

5 /5 Clarence Hanson: We live just across the road from stay, and this is the first time since the new owners have taken over, and I was very surprised at the wonderful change of the decor. The food was amazing and served by a friendly and efficient staff. The French onion soup I had for starters was delicious, and it was as I asked for "very hot."If its on the menu when we go again, I will ask for it with melted cheese on top. The main dish again was, as I requested, done perfectly. We were so pleased and happy with everything,including the service we booked again for 7 in a few weeks time.
