The chicken salad box and falafel salad box were both amazing — the salad mix is super fresh, and the hot sauce definitely brings the heat! Great food, great prices, and really friendly service. Can’t recommend it enough!

1 /5 Mohith Manomohan: Never going back! Disrespectful and rude workers. I went the because of the decent sized line outside. As I was collecting the order, the worker that was wrapping the food was complaining about how much people are eating in his native language which he didnt know I spoke. The food was disappointing with overpowering tangyness. The reason why you have a business is because people wan to eat and if youre complaining about the same thing, maybe you dont deserve the customers. Poor experience overall.

1 /5 Ramis khan 03: I have been a regular customer for the past six months and have consistently preferred the Uxbridge branch over other locations due to its better service and food quality. However, my recent visit was deeply disappointing. Firstly, the staff was extremely rude, which was quite unexpected. Secondly, the packaging has noticeably worsened—on my way home, the box opened and sauces leaked all over, creating a mess. The portion size was also much smaller than what is advertised as "large." I have attached a picture for reference. Despite all this, I still ate the food, hoping it was just an off day. Unfortunately, it ended with an upset stomach, which was very concerning. I came all the way from Harrow—around 8-9 miles—just for your food, but sadly, this visit was not worth the trip. I understand that your business is growing and youre opening more branches across London, but please don’t let that come at the cost of food quality, quantity, or customer service. This was by far my worst experience with your brand. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.
