3 /5 Hanif Loonat: Went at 1pm today , food did not come until 40 minutes . You can check your cctv as I sat on the table by the counter . I chased my order up 3 times with your staff , most just either ignored me or said I need to wait , other tables already had their food and they came in after me . The only person doing the work was the waitress . She was taking orders , serving food and carrying in drinks from the back . Plus side … food was fantastic when it came , fresh and good portions. Service delivery needs serious attention . Waiters need to be trained not to ignore paying customers .

5 /5 Arden: Tried the lunch special, mix kebab and side of potatoes. The side of potatoes were super delicious - tangy and peppery - and maybe my favourite thing. The shawarma wrap was great value for money. Probably not as big as the one in the Gary food review, but still decent especially for the price. The shawarma meat we enjoyed more than the grilled meats! Of the grilled meats lamb were best - chicken just lacked seasoning, and was a bit tough. All in all really nice spot and friendly service. The lentil soup for £2 is amazing value. Will return again!

5 /5 Hannah Shirley: We came in and were seated immediately by friendly staff. The food came out quickly the Shawarma was excellent and a good size portion especially for the price, the chips were hot and crispy with the right amount of salt. I would recommend and will be coming back.

2 /5 Rom O: Misleading social media posts brings you to a kebab/shawarma eatery. You walk in to chaos of seating arrangements and being moved from your table few times to accommodate other groups/customers. The restaurant floor tiles are covered in grease and makes you feel unsteady and barely able to walk safely (grease is probably from staff walking from cooking area onto a dinning area floor). Once you are given a menu and order a simple ~10 minutes cooking time type of meal it then takes 25 minutes waiting for food (chasing it up too). Please avoid the toilet as there is no soap and it is pretty neglected too. The food is OK, but barely that, I had a mixed grill and my friend had lamb doner and both of us were not sure that £10 for each was a good value, chicken shish was about the only decent thing on the plate and Ive eaten better in some proper run down street food places in UK and middle east (but Id rather pay £13-15 and eat full quality meal and eat it in a clean place). This place has a standard middle Easter chaotic eatery vibe and some might prefer it, however observed some of the customers not receiving their food either and asking for a refund or sit down meals to be changed to takeaway. It does advertise the cheap lunch and dinner meal deal which probably appeals to many due to prices, although personally the cleanliness and service lags behind. Not sure how this place maintains the food safety rating to remain open. Worth a second visit avoiding sit down meal and just getting a shawarma and eating it elsewhere? Maybe, just maybe if in the area already.

2 /5 Diego Dominguez: I eat there in the restaurant before and shawarma was always nice, whoever this is the second time I order for collection in the uber eats app where they hay a “buy 1 get 1 free” promotion. The quality of shawarma is nothing compared with the food they serve you at the restaurant for eat in. Lettuce and tomato is anything but fresh. Tomato slices were like a puree and lettuce is completely soggy and dark. One of the two shawarma was extremely oily, honestly so oily that I couldn’t eat it. I have the feeling that when you order the “buy 1 get 1 free” they use the veggies that they didn’t sell the day before or something because honestly is the second time in a row I have the same issue. Also ordered “no pickle cucumber” and both shawarma got pickle cucumber plus they don put in the had a single napkin. Not ordering again in this place.
