1 /5 Mudassar Altaf: I regularly visit Sky Shop and usually never face any issues, but today I had a very disturbing experience that I feel must be reported.
I placed my order and was asked to wait. After waiting for some time, I noticed that 4 5 customers who came after me were served before me, while my order was completely ignored. When I politely asked about my order, the staff member with a beard became extremely rude and aggressive.
He started shouting at me, used abusive language, and even tried to physically attack me. The situation became so serious that another staff member from the kitchen had to hold him back. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unsafe for customers I expect better professionalism from your staff. This employee clearly needs proper training on how to deal with customers, and management should take this matter seriously to ensure customer safety in the future.
