2 /5 Ada P: This place is deceiving as pictures and reviews suggest it’s good but it’s actually not very good. Curry goat didn’t have great flavour and meat was not that tender and juicy. The jerk chicken was okay but have definitely had better. The food didn’t travel well in the takeaway boxes and leaked evrerywhere. The rice and peas was stodgy and floury. The price was too expensive for what it was. Food preparation was slow. The lady was friendly however. And the portion was quite big. It’s not like awful but I don’t think I’d recommend it to anyone or go again. You can get much better Caribbean food, this one just had no wow factor.

1 /5 Kwasi Steqx: I bought 2 sets of large rice n peas and jerk chicken yesterday and this was what was served to me. This is not the first time I have bought from them, so I find this really deceiving and very unacceptable. If there wasn’t enough chicken at that time it could have been communicated but to cheat the customer is very unacceptable. Probably a quarter chicken chopped into tiny pieces and split onto the two dishes. Second frame is the chicken that was served per dish. That lady should be ashamed. You guys should do better.

5 /5 Alisson (Alisson Srr): As soon as we stepped off the bus near Peckham Library, the irresistible aroma from Soul Fuel pulled us straight in you could smell the grill and that perfectly seasoned jerk chicken from a mile away. We ordered the jerk chicken (sweet jerk sauce) with rice and peas, along with a refreshing fruit punch. The food was genuinely 10/10 rich, flavourful, and clearly made with love. The chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with that authentic smoky kick you’d expect from proper jerk. We even ended up taking extra home! Service was fast, friendly, and efficient we didn’t have to wait at all. It’s proper homemade comfort food at its finest. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu especially the mac and cheese, curry goat, and plantain. A true gem in Peckham highly recommended!

5 /5 Liz Joseph: Food is absolutely lovely here,very generous portions I had the curry goat it was tender no bones, rice and peas were beautiful,came with salad and a drink for less than £10 bargain. My partner had the large curry goat was absolutely huge for extra £2.00 Highly recommend.
