Tommy Gunn-Cullin The Prince went above and beyond for us. We turned up with a group of 17 that quickly grew to 25, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating – they made sure we were comfortable even as we practically took over the space. The food was outstanding: I had the vegetarian mushroom Wellington and it was simply sublime, especially paired with the great beer selection and well-crafted cocktails. But the real standout was our server, Jasmine. Hard to believe it was only her third day – she absolutely nailed it. She’s exactly the kind of team member worth holding onto, and I hope her management knows it. Couldn’t fault this place. Thanks Jasmine! xxx

Hammond Deo The Watersedge was a great setting for a family lunch for 5. They had the Christmas menu which had a surprisingly good selection. We all had something different and everyone really enjoyed the food. It was well prepared, very tasty, good portion size and was served in good time. The price was also quite reasonable and the staff were polite and helpful. We would all definitely be happy to go back.

Sun Dery Another lovely place from the makers of Mazal, the place is obviously over the hurdles and the restaurant is functioning very well, no delays, or any growing pains of a new place. The food was delicious, portions were big and atmosphere is fun just like Mazal.

Food is tasty and delicious and they serve generous portions. The prices are fair and the service in general was great!! Recommendation before you go, if possible book a table online or by telephone as it is a small place so it could get fully book considering as well the openings closing times. Paul Darigan £12 for chicharrón platoscombinados - fried pork belly with rice, egg, plantain and a bean soup - excellent value. Friendly guy out front offering help with the menu, the chef wanted to make sure I understood what would be on the plate too. A background hum of mostly Spanish and English being spoken, with occasional other languages too. Really pleasant vibes, and good to see the market busy as well.

Lily Amazing Turkish restaurant in Stoke Newington! The grilled sea bass was outstanding, perfectly charred, aromatic, and very tender. The mixed grilled meat was also delicious and went really well with rice. Portions are generous, and every main comes with salad and freshly grilled bread. Everything is cooked over charcoal, giving the food a wonderful smoky flavour, but the restaurant has good ventilation so there’s no lingering smell. Friendly service and a great place for family gatherings or dinner with friends. Highly recommended!
