1 /5 Akshar Patel: I ordered a Veggie Delite (no patty, just vegetables) and was told they don’t have lettuce. No apology, no explanation—just extremely rude behavior. When I asked for fresh lettuce, the staff member said, “We are selling fresh for 15 minutes, I can’t open a new bag for you,” in a very disrespectful tone.
This is Subway. Lettuce is basic. A veggie sub without lettuce is ridiculous. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable—no manners, no customer service, just attitude. I’ve worked as a manager in Subway before, and this behavior is embarrassing for the brand.
If you don’t know how to talk to customers, you shouldn’t be behind the counter. I will never come back to this location. Avoid if you expect fresh food or even basic respect
