5 /5 Vasena (Vasi): We’ve been here a few times for brunch and had a birthday celebration in the snug. Thank you for giving me such a truly wonderful birthday celebration. Everything was organised to perfection. The canapés, roasts, and drinks! Absolutely divine. You’ve given me a beautiful memory I’ll always cherish — one seasoned perfectly with care, style, and a touch of magic. With heartfelt thanks (and a very happy heart). We also had a meal last night and the wild boar tagliatelle and the pumpkin risotto were the tastiest pasta dishes we’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking to organise a special occasion here, you’d be in the best hands with Tom

4 /5 Bev B: First visit to SW16. As we were there on a Sunday we went for the Sunday lunch option with limitless potatoes and Yorkshire puds. We asked for extra gravy up front and you may find it difficult not to just drink it as it was really nice! The food, when it came, was very tasty but just a touch cold for my preferences. We asked for more roasties, puds and gravy. We did need to chase the team for them and the delay was due to them running out apparently and needing to warm more up. So the bit of yummy beef I had saved for these extra sides was stone cold by time they came. That said, we all really enjoyed our food. The atmosphere was a little dark for a lunchtime but I can see it being perfect for an evening. There was a hum and a chilled casual feel about the place which I did like. I have marked the service down only because it was a little slow but all the staff were exceptional pleasant and it does make me wonder if they were just short staffed on the day we visited. So the question is whether I would visit again. The answer is an easy yes. They have an Italian chef and it would be a shame to miss trying his pasta! I would also go for Sunday lunch again. So I would say give it a go.

5 /5 celine pillay: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my dad here for Sunday roast and mentioned when booking that he has hearing problems and can get overwhelmed due to Alzheimer’s. They put us in a quiet corner out the back, which was perfect. This is the first restaurant that truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, and they even checked whether it would help to turn down the nearby speaker. It was such a thoughtful gesture. All the staff were friendly, funny, and genuinely attentive without being overbearing. The food was insanely good, honestly the best roast I’ve had in ages, and the portions were incredible value for money. The decor is gorgeous too. Whoever chose the chairs, lamps, and little touches clearly has great taste. Such a warm, welcoming place, I can’t recommend it enough.

4 /5 Lily Gill: Lovely indoor and outdoor space on a sunny Saturday. We walked in at 11:50am on a Saturday but it was pretty full by 12:30pm. I ordered the brisket focaccia off the brunch menu and whilst it was super flavourful it was unfortunately over salted. The service was a little inconsistent, so I had to find the server for the bill, but otherwise it was friendly. Price is very good with my brunch costing £14 inc service.
