Tony Quest Quite often visit here for brunch. Love the veggie and vegan options. Full vegan breakfast being my favourite - so good! Food is always served remarkably quickly and pricing is very fair. Only very slight downside is it can be a bit noisy if busy, could do with some sound dampening.

Dianne Cooper Our second visit to Hokkaido confirmed its status as an exceptional Japanese restaurant. Initially, we enjoyed an à la carte meal from one of the standard tables, offering a fantastic view of the chefs cooking station. Every dish we selected was incredibly delicious, and the service was faultless. So impressed, we decided to return just a few days later for the chefs table experience. It was a quiet, early Tuesday night, creating an intimate setting. I chose the meat set menu, while my husband went for the blackened cod – we happily shared, finding each and every dish to be divine and utterly mouth-watering. Seriously, its impossible to recommend just one; they were all truly mind-blowing! A standout detail is that the chef meticulously prepares all his own sauces. The delightful owner, incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain each dish, its ingredients, and its preparation, adding another layer to our appreciation. The chefs skill was captivating, turning our meal into a true culinary performance – a night at the theatre in itself. The warm sake was the perfect accompaniment. Having spent time in Japan, I can confidently say this is the finest Japanese food I have ever tasted.

Ricky Gower I was blown away by the quantity and quality of the food here. We ordered a couple of make your own pizzas and they were delicious great bases and nice fresh toppings. Cook time was very fast and efficient. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future instead of the Papa Johns or Dominos as this place blows them out of the water if you want a tasty authentic pizza delivered

Ekemezuma Chuck “Groovz” Just when I thought that I had dined out for the last time a couple of years ago, having sampled almost every cuisine available in the UK (over 40yrs), I get invited by a very good friend from school days to meet another school friend to have a most incredible dining experiences at The Mount pub (30 Chingford Mount Road, London E4 9AB) a couple of weeks ago. The food was absolutely delicious, tender and moist. Every dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. I had the Chick Pea Curry starter, followed by Jerk Sea Bass & Macaroni Cheese side. Our server was pleasantly jolly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable with the menu. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable. I cant wait to come back and try more items from the menu. Definitely a new favorite spot!

Matthew Bodycombe I dropped in here for lunch today for the first time. I had the vegetarian Chana Daal. It was tasty and well cooked and I was given a choice about how hot I wanted the dish. The meal was good value at £13 with a side salad and drink and the chap there gave me a fresh Naan bread for free. There are two guys there. I dealt with the younger one who was very welcoming. Quite a few people eating there from the local Pakistani community which shows the food is authentic and not like your usual Indian restaurant. I’ll go in again for sure.

Johann I visited this restaurant with a friend and we had a fantastic evening from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The food truly stands out from other places in the neighbourhood, every dish we tried was exceptional. You can really taste the creativity and care that went into crafting the menu, with diverse, unique, and beautifully balanced flavors across the starters, mains, and desserts. A wonderful dining experience all around, highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!
