3 /5 Mr Singh: Stopped in on a weekday lunchtime when the place was empty, which always makes you hesitate a bit, but thought I’d give it a go. It’s a nice change from the usual options in Kingston, though I wasn’t blown away.
Tried a couple of pork and beef tacos. Portions were decent and properly messy, falling apart everywhere, which is part of the fun, but the fillings were a bit underwhelming. The birria in particular lacked punch, while the carnitas was just about okay.
They brought out a side of complimentary chips, but they were cold and stale, and the dips didn’t really add much either.
