5 /5 Penny William: My favorite dish of all time is their duck noodles! I once ordered a whole duck and ate it most of it, I felt like my fat sweats smelt of duck. Please eat the duck! It’s so good!

2 /5 mimi: Not bad at all, the dim sum is pretty delicious compared to what you get in central London. Not the best of course but good enough. Always a good stop on the way to Brighton. Would come again! Update Sep 2025 - came at around 5pm when dim sum wasn’t available anymore so we had beef noodles, roast duck and shrimp dumpling soup. Wow the soup base was very salty that I had to shake it off before eating the solids. They need to taste their food before sending it out to customers. The pei pa tofu was good. Roast duck was reasonably good too.

1 /5 black10beauty: 1 star – would give 0 if I could. Visited Tie Tung Restaurant at Wing Yip and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Parking was a nightmare and has cost me over £100 in fines. The area was poorly lit at night, and there were no clearly visible disabled bays or signage directing me to them. The only visible spaces close to the restaurant entrance were parent and child, which is where I parked as I have arthritis and needed to be nearby. Inside, the experience didn’t improve. Staff were unhelpful and came across as rude when we asked basic questions. We were also told they don’t give fortune cookies, yet saw them given to another table, which felt inconsistent and unwelcoming. The food was decent, but nowhere near enough to make up for everything else. Most disappointing was the lack of support when I raised the parking issue—no attempt to help despite being a paying customer. Would not return.

1 /5 Miss B: Rude staff, long queue, poor service, relative expensive dim sum place. Never again Been here on a Sat between 1300-1430. Still a long queue. Once we ordered, some food is served instantly and we notice they took them out from a plastic box behind the bar. Normally fried items will be hot and are freshly made. Just made me feel like they either a) pre-made already and left there for some time or b) wrongly ordered by customer and put aside until the next order to come and re-serve them. Would like to order a takeaway roasted duck hence kept a menu to read through whilst waiting. Whilst asking the kids wht other stuff they want, the waitress fetched the menu off from us straight away saying menu is not for kids to play. This was so rude. She should have asked before fetching. A bit pissed so not gona anymore. When the food arrives, the waitress just held the food on her hands, stood there, starred at us hinting we need to make space for her. Oh well, she shd have cleared the table before serving or shd have asked nicely, not just plain starring. The Quality of the food is so-so but is more expensive than the onesin China Town. Quite salty ending up drinking a lot water afterwards. Not worth it tbh taking into the dining experience too. Not really recommended.

4 /5 Alan Chan: Update 2025-07-30:- Theyve changed the parking, they only allow 2 hours parking on ground level in front of the restaurant, if you think you will need longer to eat at the restaurant and/or go to the supermarket make sure you park on the roof level (where they give you 4 hours for free) otherwise they will fine you! Ive only been here for dim sum at lunch, the dim sum is actually very good, better than the majority of places in Chinatown in Central London. At lunch time on weekends it gets very busy and you will most likely need to queue. The barbecue meats are also very good.
