5 /5 Ebeneezer Goode: Had a Brilliant experience last night at The Talbot! As the photo depicts, Me and my Boyfriend had a lovely time. Would recommend to anyone looking for decent grub.

5 /5 Julie Stephenson: Great Pub. We initially decided to go because they are dog friendly and that was it. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed the staff are all lovely. Car parking is great, all areas of the inn are clean, bright and comfortable. We went here for New Years Eve and had a great night. The teamwork is fantastic and organised. We didn’t expect much of the food for New Year’s Eve with it just being burgers, scampi chips etc but the burgers were delicious, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Despite not being our nearest pub it is now our new local and well worth the 30 minute walk. The staff and atmosphere make this place. Well done for putting on a great night.

5 /5 JoeD21: I know there seems to be a theme to my reviews lately but, I like this pub. Went out for a bike ride, typed pub near me in Google and, would you believe it...? 400 yds down the road, there it was. Very comfy with plenty of outside seating and a lovely welcoming bar seating area. Guinness full strength this time and very nice it was. Nice staff and very relaxed. Top marks.

2 /5 Atahan Efe Pekcetin: Impossible to review because of the taste of dry burger and charcoal bacon. I’ve been here a couple of times and I don’t remember a time that I left his place happy about the food. It is such a shame to see this place with such a nice atmosphere and location to lack decent quality of food they serve. The staff was lovely. However, the food has always been disappointing and I had to make that review because there hasn’t been any progress over a year. Maybe they will try to change something after seeing this comment. Love to see this place excel and serve better food.
