5 /5 Linda: Last minute, we decided to visit Long Crendon and managed to secure a reservation at The Angel Dining Rooms for my birthday. What a wonderful decision it turned out to be! I started with the vegetable tempura, and it was an absolute delight. The delicate sauce that accompanied it was superb, enhancing the flavor of each perfectly cooked vegetable. Every bite was mouth-watering and left us eager for the next course. For the main course, I chose the sea bass served on creamy leeks and sliced potatoes. The dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. The flavors were rich and balanced, making it an unforgettable main. To top off the evening, I had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. A special mention must go to Chef Trevor Bosch, who came out to check on our experience. His talent is evident in every dish, and it was a pleasure to meet him. Additionally, our young server, Stewart, was exceptional—attentive and professional, which is something we dont often find in London. Overall, my birthday dinner at The Angel Dining Rooms was a memorable experience. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service.

5 /5 Yasser Hussain: Lovely little place. We were staying in Long Crendon and booked here for dinner. Staff were very friendly and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. When we arrived we were offered drinks by the fire on very comfy sofas. The food cooked by Trevor in the back was very very good. They do the old basics very well, modern British food, and you could taste the fact everything that touched your mouth was local.I went for Black Pudding starter followed by the Lamb with Duaphinoise (both in pictures). Wife had lightly curried Hake. Bill was exceptional value too. Come here. Quickly.

5 /5 Dominic Sarracco: Beautiful village and the hotel is very lovely. Im super impressed with the food and have eaten here 2 nights in a row so far. Had the liver the first night, and it was well cooked and tasty. Everything that came with it was perfect. 2nd night. Had plaice. The fish was tender yet perfect. The potatoes were perfectly cooked with a nice hint of flavour. To be continued.. but its a lovely place. Would be well worth a visit .
