The Avenue Restaurant & Wine - (Near East Sussex, london)

Marzena Wolska I visited the Bali Brasserie restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. The food was great. We had chicken satay and samosas as starters, and both were very tasty. For the main course, we tried a lovely Malaysian curry with rice. They also had a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks, which was great.

Sam Greene A lovely café in Hove. Weve been a few times & staff are always friendly & attentive. Breakfast/Brunch menu is all weve tried, but its good quality & not expensive. Both indoor & outdoor seating & dog friendly. Would recommend

Ruth Sanchez Another wonderful evening at the little fish market hove . This was our 3rd visit and we enjoyed it just as much as the previous two . The service as always impeccable, not intrusive at all , friendly, chilled and relaxed yet very attentive. Didn’t catch the name of the lady serving us but she was great . The food was phenomenal, each course carefully crafted individually , the flavours were on point and beautiful presented . We love the fact that the meal isn’t rushed and you have the table for the whole evening. Of course it’s not the cheapest meal but it’s worth every penny for the quality of ingredients and the amount of work that Duncan and his team put in every dish they serve . They have just won the best restaurant in Brighton award , very well deserved too!

Houssam Selma I just want to say a huge thank you to Ben, the owner, who’s been an absolute gentleman! I recently hired the downstairs venue to host my partner’s baby shower and birthday, and the staff were nothing short of incredible. Big shoutout to Fred and the whole team for making the day so special! We had such a wonderful experience — everything went perfectly — and I honestly can’t wait to hire the venue again. Elizabeth Jowett The Southern Belle was ideally located for my conference trip to Brighton. The rooms were lovely and the bar and food downstairs was excellent! Wendy looked after us so well in the bar, where local people enjoyed the relaxed and friendly ambience. Wednesday night was a special treat when quite a few musicians assembled to play their lovely folk music. It was excellent !

Cat T Absolutely delicious pasta, so flavourful, the lasagne especially was divine. Great homemade tiramisu also. Service was attentive, friendly and they really knew the food and wine.
