Persian Riverside Restaurant - Kingston upon Thames

Raj Jas Good food and really helpful and friendly staff. The decor is great, although a few more Persian touches would make it better. Felt like eating home made food..no fancy frills. We only had a selection of starters, but it was so good. Lots of seating, even outside overlooking the Thames.

Alightweight flying I was introduced to this Chinese about 15 years ago and I have never bought from any other Chinese since! I would highly recommend their mixed starter for two where you choose five items. I also would recommend their chicken balls and their special fried rice. I have found their food to be delicious. Every time I have eaten it their portions are large and the value for money is excellent. I am sure like me once you have tried it you will never look back.

Kati Field On 17th January I had my bridal shower here. (A very late review but we had the wedding and honeymoon!) First of all I think it’s amazing that they let us have the whole back area to host and didn’t expect a minimum spend or a deposit, they were just happy to help. The entire booking process was so easy and the team were so responsive, to point they even offered us a free bottle of Prosecco to apologise for a minor misunderstanding! During our visit the team continued to check in with us, and even though we offered to clean up they insisted we leave it for them. They also let us keep one of our big pieces of equipment at the venue overnight so we could move onto our next place. A wonderful night that was made better by the amazing team at The Walton Village! Thank you

Shipra Suman The Orangery at Garsons is a bright and pleasant place to take a break while visiting the garden centre. The setting is airy and relaxed, with plenty of seating, which makes it comfortable especially after walking around the store. The food was decent and nicely presented, though a little on the pricey side for what it is. Service was friendly but a bit slow during busy periods. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a casual coffee or light meal, but expectations should be kept simple.

Ali Blueman The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming, making it an ideal setting to enjoy a meal that celebrates authenticity. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, with layers of flavor that capture the essence of Indian cuisine in its purest form. What makes the experience exceptional, however, is the service. Juned’s attentiveness and expertise guided us toward dishes that not only met but exceeded our expectations. His recommendations were impeccable—an essential part of what made the evening so memorable. A dining experience worthy of high praise.

Evan Allen Stopped by here with a friend during our day visit to Esher. The staff were so warm and welcoming. But even better was the food. I ordered the chicken kebab / shawarma plate with chili sauce and salad. Super tasty and so filling. Love this place!
