5 /5 Jack Fletcher: Amazing pub in the heart of London. Came here with my partner on our visit to London and couldn’t have picked a better place to do it. The atmosphere was amazing, even as people who don’t often visit English-style pubs/bars, we had a wonderful time in the lively environment. Staff were extremely friendly and made sure I knew what drinks were on draught/in the fridges. The decor was phenomenal, historical and overall pleasing to look at. 10/10 will definitely visit again - the prices per pint was also quite good for London!

5 /5 Michelle: I love this place, it’s always busy with so many different people and walks of life visiting, and you can get a bottle of Pol Roger (Winston Churchill favourite Champagne) for less than 50 Quid. the exterior is decorated with flags and flowers, you know you have arrived, the interior filled with war time memorabilia, attached to the pub is a thai restaurant (different owner, i believe) and the food is pretty decent. It gets really busy so if you are going to eat i would suggest booking a table to disappointment, but if you are going to just go in for drinks the turnaround is pretty quick, i normally get a seat eventually.

Add in the cozy interior and famous Thai food, and it’s an ideal spot for both a relaxed pint or a long evening with friends.

5 /5 Olivia Roman: Went for dinner on a Friday night and couldnt recommend more! The service was excellent, very quick. I would however skip on the appetisers: spring rolls and chicken satay werent anything special. The mains however were good and the jungle curry is as hot as they say, even the items with one chili on the side were quite spicy so keep that in mind! The best part is the ambience: this little restaurant at the back of the pub, absolutely amazing! Remember to book as it is always full.
