3 /5 Leah Z: Our first visit here was unfortunately disappointing, both in terms of food and service. When we arrived, the staff told us we could sit anywhere, but didn’t explain how ordering worked. We sat outside for over five minutes while staff passed by serving other tables, yet no one approached us or clarified the process. Eventually, we went inside and discovered that orders had to be placed at the bar—something that could have been made much clearer from the start.
The food was reasonably priced but rather underwhelming in taste. That said, the sundae was a highlight—delicious and enjoyable.
The outdoor seating area has a nice atmosphere, though it can be less pleasant with smokers and wasps around. On a summer day, the patio does seem like a popular and pleasant spot to dine. It was busy when we visited but you still can find a space somewhere without waiting.
