5 /5 Adrian Lagrama: I had a truly memorable dining experience at The Ledbury in December 2025. Every dish was distinctive and thoughtfully composed, making the tasting menu cohesive and engaging from start to finish.
Standout courses included the Myler prawn, wild Cornish sea bass, Mushroom from the Cabinet, and the exceptional bread. The starters were equally impressive, and the kitchen accommodated my pescatarian diet seamlessly, without compromise. The addition of white truffle further elevated the dishes, adding depth and aroma with restraint.
Both bottle of white and red wines paired beautifully with the menu. Service was warm, polished, and attentive, and the dining room is elegant yet relaxed. Ive dined at several three-star Michelin restaurants in Europe and in the U.S. This was my first such experience in the UK—and it now sits firmly at the top of my list. I will return.
