1 /5 Esther H: Very unpleasant experience overall. One of the servers was extremely arrogant and rude from the start. When ordering a sea bass fillet, she oddly asked how we wanted it cooked, then responded in an annoyed tone when she realised we weren’t ordering beef.
We waited about 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was barely warm. When clearing plates, the same server slammed a plate down at the next table, making a loud noise. When I asked to pay by card, she didn’t say a word and just pointed at the till. As first-time visitors, we didn’t know their “norms,” but no effort was made to explain or help.
Thankfully, another server, a very pleasant lady stepped in and helped us pay. However, on our way out, we ran into the first server again, who checked to make sure we had paid, which felt unnecessary and insulting.
First visit and definitely the last.
