One of the bar members who particularly stands out here is a young man called Patrick, always professional when delivering food and drinks, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out (whether thats helping you find a table, choosing food or a drink, or helping you with general queries! Thanks all!

5 /5 Paul Devivo: Very good Wetherspoons, amazing conversion of an old town centre pub in Newport. The breakfast was good, as was the service. Well run pub... Beautiful inside. Definitely worth a visit, even if you only want a coffee. Great value too.

4 /5 shelagh sweeney: This is a beautiful church ⛪️ converted by wetherspoons and very tastefully done. Lots of character. Two nice beer gardens. One smoking and one non smoking. Good idea I thought. Usual crew of all day drinkers but big enough to avoid them so dont be put off. Service very quick. Staff friendly.

2 /5 Mark S: Disappointing. My drink apparently got sent to the wrong table, no ketchup or salt and pepper available or offered. No one checked if my meal was ok, finally got my drink as I finished eating. Nice atmosphere, clearly popular, staff need to be more focused on customer service though.

2 /5 Rod Crew: Fish was over cooked and was a small portion, when id ordered the standard option. People around me were swearing and talking very loud and they took ages getting me a pint of beer. Although I did get an apology. Not a great experience.
