1 /5 T: Chips are brown, oily and not fresh. All food is so oily to be honest. Your fingers are saturated as well as the packaging. The prices are very expensive ( which you maybe wouldnt mind - if you enjoyed the food!) Minimum card payment of £7 - never heard that amount anywhere - £5 at a push. I recommend changing the oil more regularly. Lowering the minimum spend and caring about the quality of the food you are preparing and serving ( perhaps think about what you would enjoy eating) If you want fresh, reasonably priced food - avoid this fish bar!

Me and my friend ordered two fish and chips and two Cokes, which came to around £30 — definitely not worth the price because the food quality was poor. On top of that, they charge extra for sauces (50p each), which we paid. But when we asked for ONE more mayo during the meal, the staff member refused to give it unless we spent a minimum of £7 to pay by card. We were willing to pay the 50p, but he still refused and was very rude about it. We didn’t have cash, and instead of being helpful or understanding, he spoke to us with a bad attitude. After spending £30 already, being denied a single mayo was unacceptable. This place seriously needs to improve its customer service. I definitely won’t be coming back.
