4 /5 Mark J: Wetherspoons #118 visited.
A medium sized branch situated in Hatch End shopping area, a short walk of 200 metres, or so from Hatch End Overground Station.
A decent sized beer garden is outside the rear of the pub.
This is another branch that does the highly reasonable Top Plates, Low Rates deals - see image attached for deals and pricing.
On this occasion I ordered an All Day Brunch and a pint of Strongbow Dark Fruits. Not bad for £6.44!
The drink arrived within about a minute of ordering through the app.
Food arrived about 10 minutes after ordering.
Food was piping hot, well cooked and presented. Chips were crunchy, not soggy like you get on some occasions.
Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area and dont want to break the bank for a decent meal.
Note: after a substantial amount of visits I do feel that many of the smaller Spoons pubs do make more of an effort for your custom than many of the larger, more well known branches. The Moon and Sixpence in Hatch End is one of those smaller branches that makes an effort.
